- Basic design and detailed Engineering.
- Preparation of technical specifications for capital intensive items.
- Invitation of bid and subsequent review of offers.
- Techno-commercial analysis and placement of orders to prospective bidders jointly with the owner.
- Preparation of lay-out drawings, inter connection drawings, single line diagrams, earthing and lighting lay-outs. Control and protection, schematics, cable schedules and lay-outs.
- Stage and final inspection and routine test for guaranteed technical performance.
- Monitoring, reviewing and taking joint decision with Owner regarding progress, constraints, resources,etc. and co-ordination of activities among contractor.
- Approval of drawings form Electrical Inspector of Gujarat State.
